You are required to download, fill and submit the VOIP application form in order to obtain this facility.

You can try installing any of [Fring],
[Nimbuzz], [Tivi] in your mobile phone. Enter the username, password and the IP number
given to you by the VOIP service to activate the connection (Some phone models may not support voice calls).
